Our Origin Story
Vanguard Impact was born out of a shared vision, and a shared frustration.
Our founder, Lynn Gaudet, attended countless women’s conferences that left her feeling inspired, but not equipped. The speakers were talented. The stories were moving. But the tools to take real action? Often missing.
Determined to change that, Lynn brought together three accomplished women business owners to form the Planning Committee, now known as The Founding Four. Each brings unique expertise, shared values, and a commitment to building something different. Something lasting.
The Vanguard Impact Summit is more than an event. It’s a catalyst, a place where women gain clear strategies, real connections, and the confidence to step into their power and shape their future.

Meet the Founding Four
Andrea Chase
Andrea Chase is a Communications Consultant, Entrepreneur, and Co-Founder of BAITS Global Inc., where she leads MarketingVerse, a digital marketing suite built for women-led businesses and fast-growing tech startups. A seasoned entrepreneur, she previously founded ProCabby, a mobile app supporting the revitalization of the taxi and limousine industries.
Andrea is passionate about entrepreneurship, women in business and tech, and the resilience it takes to thrive as a founder. She’s shared her journey on international stages, in classrooms, and through podcasts, including her own, the Marketing Mavericks Podcast.
Based in Ottawa, Andrea balances her professional life with flamenco dancing, culinary adventures, and country living with her partner and their dog. As a member of the Vanguard Impact planning committee, she’s excited to help create an empowering event for women across North America.
Lynn Gaudet
Lynn Gaudet is a Senior Analyst with the Department of Justice and the Founder of All Infinite World, whose Empower branch highlights the stories of professional women and creates apparel with bold, inspiring messages. A lifelong advocate for women, animals, the elderly, and the unhoused, Lynn is passionate about helping people uncover their purpose and step fully into their power.
Motivated by the limitations of traditional women’s conferences, Lynn envisioned the Vanguard Impact Summit, a transformative event where women gain not just inspiration, but strategies, networks, and tangible next steps. As part of the Founding Four, she is dedicated to building a platform that empowers women across North America to lead with clarity and grow with purpose.
Erin Sisko
Erin Sisko is a business strategist, capital connector, and founder of The Elleiance Network, a national organization accelerating the success of Canadian women entrepreneurs through masterminds, social capital, and strategic growth. After a decade in commercial banking, she set out to close the funding gap for women by creating an ecosystem where founders move from bootstrapping to bankable, and from isolation to influence.
Under her leadership, The Elleiance Network has helped women secure millions in funding, build high-value collaborations, and scale with intention and power. Known for her sharp insight and human-first leadership, Erin is passionate about putting women at the centre of economic growth.
As part of the Vanguard Impact Summit planning committee, Erin is honoured to help create a platform that fosters connection, bold thinking, and transformative impact for women in business across North America.
Tyler Skinner
Tyler Skinner is a Community Architect, Speaker, and Entrepreneur based in California. She is the Founder of Women Making Waves, a global mentorship platform amplifying women’s voices through curated events, retreats, and collaborations, and leads Empowered by Experiences, a consultancy helping women founders and creatives launch with clarity and courage.
A sought-after mentor and speaker, Tyler is known for her heart-forward approach and belief that true transformation comes from authenticity. She also hosts the Mishaps, Magic, and Mayhem Podcast, sharing real stories of resilience and growth.
As part of the Vanguard Impact Summit planning team, Tyler is passionate about co-creating a space where women rise together, feel connected, and step fully into their power.
