Andrea Chase is a Communications Consultant and Entrepreneur from Ottawa, Canada. She is Co-Founder and CMO of BAITS Global Inc., a trusted professional services firm. Andrea leads MarketingVerse, BAITS’ latest offering—a comprehensive digital marketing suite created specifically for women-led businesses and fast-growing tech startups.

Previously, Andrea founded ProCabby, a mobile app developed to modernize and support the revitalization of the taxi and limousine industries.

Her passion lies at the intersection of entrepreneurship, women in business and tech, and the mental resilience required to thrive as a business owner.

Andrea is known for sharing her entrepreneurial journey with authenticity and enthusiasm. She has spoken at international events, lectured in post-secondary classrooms, and been featured on various podcasts. In 2024, she launched her own show: the Marketing Mavericks Podcast.

She holds a degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Small & Medium Enterprise Management. When she’s not immersed in work, Andrea enjoys dancing (currently exploring Flamenco), culinary adventures, and country life with her partner and their dog. She also loves travelling, and is always eager to explore new corners of the world.

When the opportunity arose to join the planning committee for Vanguard Impact, Andrea gave a resounding “yes.” “I’ve attended many summits over the years, but always felt like something was missing,” she reflects.
