She founded OptimizHer™, a boutique strategy practice that teaches women in business to use AI ethically and to their advantage, elevating expertise they already have, and helps organizations strategize AI implementation, knowledge transfer, and the reallocation of talent hidden beneath mundane tasks. She is the founder and builder of XecuSion™, an operating system built as an executive function safety net for high-capacity founders and executives, and is Editor in Chief and founder of TEJĀMANAS™, a magazine and ecosystem for neurodivergent women in high-capacity roles. Lexi is an AI Architect specializing in neurodivergent systems, and OptimizHer™ is registered into the Anthropic Claude Partner Network.

Trust Your Bust

Kimberley Wahamaa-Deschenes is a breast cancer survivor, advocate, and founder of Trust Your Bust, a breast health awareness initiative inspired by her personal experience with breast cancer. Diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer at age 47, Kimberley turned her journey into a mission to encourage breast health awareness, early detection, and self-advocacy. Through Trust Your Bust, she shares her story, supports others affected by breast cancer, and advocates for greater awareness and access to screening and information.
