Erin Sisko
Co-Founder of Vanguard Impact
Erin Sisko is a business strategist, capital connector, and the visionary founder of The Elleiance Network — a national organization designed to accelerate the success of Canadian women entrepreneurs through intentional masterminding, social capital, and strategic growth.
After a decade in commercial banking, Erin saw a troubling pattern: men were getting funded, and women were getting overlooked — not because of merit, but because of systemic gaps in access, networks, and support. Fueled by curiosity and a drive to rewrite that narrative, she left the traditional system and built a new one.
The Elleiance Network is a living response to that call — a curated ecosystem where women move from isolation to influence, from bootstrapping to bankable, from grit to growth. Through monthly mastermind groups, national events, and capital readiness programming, Erin helps founders go from start-up to scale-up to exit — even if they don’t yet have the roadmap.
Under her leadership, The Elleiance Network has helped women secure millions in funding, forge high-value collaborations, and build businesses that don’t just survive, but thrive — with intention and power.
Known for her sharp insight, human-first leadership, and ability to turn strategy into action, Erin continues to challenge outdated norms and advocate for a future where women are at the centre of economic growth — not the sidelines of it.
Because when women are placed in the right rooms, with the right people, and the right information — they don’t just grow businesses.
They change the economy.
Getting involved with the Vanguard Impact Summit was an easy YES when the invitation was presented. Being a part of the creation of something meaningful for women in business across North America, fostering connections, growth opportunities and a platform to think big and drive transformative impact is deeply rooted in my value system and I am honoured to work alongside these incredible visionary women entrepreneurs.
