Lynn Gaudet is a Senior Analyst with the Department of Justice and an entrepreneur based in Ottawa, Canada. She is the Founder of All Infinite World, currently focused on its Empower branch, an initiative dedicated to showcasing the stories of professional women and offering real-world, first-person insight into both traditional and non-linear career paths. Empower also produces apparel featuring bold, positive messaging designed to inspire both the wearer and those around them.

Lynn has a lifelong passion for helping others uncover their purpose, develop their skills, and make meaningful contributions to the world. She is also deeply committed to advocating for animals, the elderly, and the unhoused.

A staunch feminist, Lynn champions the need for a stronger, more influential presence of women in every sphere of society. She advocates for women and girls to claim and use their power, and to lift others as they rise. She believes in the importance of third spaces for women, dedicated environments where they can connect, collaborate, and sustain the momentum needed for lasting change.

Motivated by a deep frustration with the typical women’s conference experience, Lynn envisioned the Vanguard Impact Summit: a transformative event where women don’t just leave inspired, but equipped with concrete strategies, powerful networks, and clear, immediate next steps. To make this vision a reality, she united three exceptional women business owners whose skills complement one another. Together, as The Founding Four, they are building an event designed to empower women across North America to lead with clarity, grow with purpose, and forge connections that endure long after the Summit ends.
