Application Process

Deadline: May 7, 2026 8 pm EST

  1. Read the Code of Conduct
  2. Submit Your Application: Tell us about your topic, audience, and how your session creates measurable takeaways.
  3. Review & Shortlisting: Our programming team evaluates proposals in the order they are submitted for fit and clarity originality. If you are included, the following step will apply.
  4. Zoom Meeting: One or more of our founders will schedule a meeting with you to go over your proposal and experience.
  5. Selection & Confirmation: Selected speakers receive confirmation, onboarding resources, and presentation guidelines.
  6. Speaker Orientation: Join a prep call to align with event tone and technical setup.
  7. Present at the Summit: Deliver your message to a North American audience of ambitious, purpose-driven professionals.

FAQ

A: We offer 30 and 45-minute individual sessions and 45-minute workshops within our five tracks. Additionally, we offer mini-sessions, a skills lab, and a 30-minute and a 45-minute keynote. All sessions are virtual.

A: Vanguard Impact operates with a hybrid model based on experience, expertise, and reach.

A: Yes! Collaborative proposals are encouraged if they enhance depth and perspective.

A: Not necessarily. We value authenticity and actionable insight more than performance polish.

A: Every speaker receives one-on-one onboarding, branded templates, and live tech support during their session.
