The collection, use, and publication of speaker content and recordings will also be governed by the applicable Speaker Agreement.
Information supplied privately for administration, payment, contracting, or other internal purposes will not be treated as public speaker-profile information.
9. Applicants Who Are Not Selected
Vanguard Impact may retain information submitted through speaker, volunteer, ambassador, partnership, or other applications for a reasonable period for:
- administering the application process;
- maintaining business records;
- responding to questions;
- considering future opportunities where appropriate and permitted; and

Where consent is required to retain or use information for a materially different future purpose, we will seek that consent.
