Cerys Thompson is a communications strategist and creator of Resonate with People™, a methodology that helps businesses and leaders move from just good intentions to intentional communication.

With sixteen years of experience advising CEOs, global executive teams and business owners on corporate communications, change management and marketing, Cerys has spent her career helping organizations say the right thing, in the right way, to the right people.

Too often, marketing and communication get bolted onto a launch, campaign or rebrand as an afterthought rather than a starting point, which can lead to confusion, misinterpretation and costly mistakes. Cerys built Resonate with People™ to flip that order: a people-first approach to communication strategy that builds clarity on purpose and audience before a single tactic gets chosen.

It cuts through overwhelm on both sides of the communication, for the people trying to get their message out and the audiences too overwhelmed to receive it, so that people can pay attention and take action.

Through her consultancy, CT Communications, she applies the Resonate with People™ methodology to translate complex strategy into practical, usable direction for organizations of all sizes.

Cerys is based near Calgary, having relocated from the UK, and continues to grow Resonate with People™ into a practical, widely applied approach to communication for businesses of every size.
