Jennifer Wade

Jennifer Wade is an Authenticity Coach, speaker, and creator of the 3D Authenticity Framework™, a coaching methodology built on three pillars: Identity (Know Yourself), Worthiness (Love Yourself), and Alignment (Live Yourself). At the center of her work is a simple but often overlooked distinction: the difference between an “off the rack” life, shaped by expectation and conditioning, and a “custom-made” one, built deliberately around who we actually are.

Jennifer’s perspective has been shaped by an unconventional professional life. A classical violinist who has performed at places like the National Cathedral and the Kennedy Center, she has also spent decades as an educator, founded an award-winning music education nonprofit, volunteered on a suicide prevention hotline, and guided hundreds of people through seasons of growth, uncertainty, and transition. Each of these experiences has deepened her understanding of the questions that continue to animate her work today: How do we come to know ourselves? What allows us to flourish? And what does it truly mean to build a life that feels like our own?

Today, Jennifer primarily works with private clients and small coaching cohorts, helping thoughtful women who care as much about inner integrity as outward success reconnect with who they are beneath inherited expectations, self-doubt, and the many roles they’ve learned to play. Rather than offering quick fixes or one-size-fits-all formulas, her work invites people into a thoughtful process of discernment by clarifying their identity, cultivating genuine self-worth, and aligning the everyday choices that ultimately shape a life.

Jennifer’s coaching framework is designed to leave people with something they can return to throughout their lives: a deeper relationship with themselves. It teaches that authenticity isn’t about following a prescribed path, but about becoming increasingly fluent in who you are, allowing future decisions to emerge with greater ease, clarity, and alignment.

In addition to speaking, teaching, and writing about the numerous facets of authenticity, Jennifer’s podcast, The 3D Authenticity Podcast, publishes episodes that explore these themes with the same thoughtful blend of psychological insight, contemplative inquiry, and practical wisdom that characterizes her coaching. She guides her clients to profound insight, not through offering quick, surface-level answers, but through richer questions and meaningful tools for building lives that genuinely reflect who they are.

Outside of her work, Jennifer mindfully prioritizes travel, with a particular love of Italy and Sedona, AZ, meditation and other contemplative practices, and she is a proud alumna of the Modern Elder Academy, where she continues to engage with a vibrant community exploring purpose, transition, and meaningful second chapters.

At Vanguard Impact, Jennifer’s session, When Your Identity Shapes Your Ambition, explores the often invisible relationship between how we understand ourselves and what we believe is possible for our future. Participants will leave with a fresh perspective and a practical exercise they can begin using immediately to bring the two into closer alignment.
