Vanguard Impact Summit 2026 Giveaway Official Rules
Vanguard Impact is offering three separate types of giveaways for complimentary admission to the Vanguard Impact Summit 2026. Each giveaway is a separate promotion with its own eligibility requirements and entry form.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
By entering a giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the applicable Official Rules below.
Canada Giveaway
1. Sponsor and Administrator
The Canada Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Vanguard Impact (“Vanguard Impact” or the “Sponsor”).
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.
2. Giveaway Period
The Canada Giveaway begins on September 4, 2026 at 2 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) and closes on September 14, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET (the “Giveaway Period”).
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Canada Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who:
- reside in an eligible Canadian province or territory;
- have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry; and
- meet all other requirements contained in these Official Rules.
Employees, contractors, founders and members of the organizing team of Vanguard Impact, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.
The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, entrants must complete and submit the designated Canada Giveaway Google Form provided by Vanguard Impact.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
No purchase or payment is required to enter.
Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
Vanguard Impact is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or not received because of technical difficulties or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5. Prize
One winner will receive: One (1) Vanguard Impact Summit 2026 Growth Pass, with an approximate retail value of CAD $39.
The Vanguard Impact Summit 2026 will take place virtually on November 12, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM ET.
The prize has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The prize may not be sold or resold.
The winner may request that the Growth Pass be issued to another eligible individual, subject to Vanguard Impact’s approval and these Official Rules.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Following the close of the Giveaway Period, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
7. Skill-Testing Question
Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by Vanguard Impact.
Failure to correctly answer the question within the timeframe provided will result in disqualification, and Vanguard Impact may randomly select another potential winner.
8. Winner Notification and Confirmation
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form within 2 days following the random selection.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the email being sent.
Before being confirmed, the potential winner must:
- meet all eligibility requirements;
- correctly answer the required mathematical skill-testing question;
- provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility; and
- comply with these Official Rules.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, they may be disqualified and another potential winner may be selected at random.
9. Delivery of Prize
Once the winner has been confirmed, Vanguard Impact will provide instructions for claiming the complimentary Growth Pass within 72 hours.
The winner is responsible for providing accurate information required to register for and access the Summit.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the giveaway entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, award the prize, and address matters relating to the promotion.
Entry into the giveaway does not automatically subscribe entrants to Vanguard Impact marketing communications.
Any opportunity to subscribe to Vanguard Impact communications will be presented separately and, where applicable, will require separate consent.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Vanguard Impact’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. General Conditions
Vanguard Impact reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any entrant who attempts to interfere with the proper administration of the giveaway, submits false information, uses fraudulent means to enter, or violates these Official Rules.
If circumstances beyond Vanguard Impact’s reasonable control materially affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the giveaway, Vanguard Impact may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Decisions made by Vanguard Impact concerning administration of the giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
United States Giveaway

The United States Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Vanguard Impact.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.
2. Giveaway Period
The United States Giveaway begins on September 4, 2026 at 2 pm ET and closes on September 14, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET.
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The United States Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, founders and members of the organizing team of Vanguard Impact, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
Entrants must complete and submit the designated United States Giveaway Google Form during the Giveaway Period.
Only one entry per person is permitted.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate registration information and for having the technology and internet access necessary to participate in the virtual Summit.
9. Privacy
Information submitted through the giveaway form will be used to administer the giveaway, determine and verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, award the prize, and address matters relating to the promotion.
Entering the giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to Vanguard Impact marketing communications.
Any marketing subscription will be presented separately and require any consent required by applicable law.
Information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Vanguard Impact’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Vanguard Impact and its founders, representatives, contractors and agents from claims arising directly from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
By participating in this promotion, entrants acknowledge that Facebook and Meta are not responsible for the giveaway and release Facebook and Meta from claims arising from or relating to the promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. General Conditions
Vanguard Impact reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, submitted using false information, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
If circumstances outside Vanguard Impact’s reasonable control materially affect the administration, security, integrity, or fairness of the giveaway, Vanguard Impact may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Vanguard Impact’s decisions concerning administration of the giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
Canada + United States Giveaway

The Canada + United States Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Vanguard Impact.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.

The Canada + United States Giveaway begins on September 4, 2026 at 2 pm ET and closes on September 14, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET.
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

- United States: Legal residents of the 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.

6. Winner Selection and Odds
Following the close of the Giveaway Period, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible Canadian and U.S. entries combined.
There is one prize in total. There is not a separately allocated Canadian and U.S. prize.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from both countries.
7. Canadian Skill-Testing Requirement
If the potential winner is a Canadian resident, they must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner.
If the Canadian potential winner does not correctly answer the question within the timeframe provided, they will be disqualified and Vanguard Impact may randomly select another potential winner.
If the selected entrant is a U.S. resident, this Canadian skill-testing requirement does not apply.
8. Winner Notification and Confirmation
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with their entry within 2 days following selection.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours.
Before being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner must:
- satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements;
- provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility;
- comply with these Official Rules; and
- if a Canadian resident, correctly answer the required mathematical skill-testing question.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to satisfy these requirements, Vanguard Impact may disqualify the potential winner and randomly select another.
9. Delivery of Prize
Once the winner has been confirmed, Vanguard Impact will provide instructions for claiming the complimentary Leadership Pass within 72 hours.
The winner is responsible for providing accurate registration information and for having the technology and internet access required to participate in the virtual Summit.

Entering the giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to Vanguard Impact marketing communications.

11. Facebook and Meta
The giveaway may be promoted through Facebook groups or other Facebook channels, but entry takes place through the designated Vanguard Impact Google Form.
The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release Facebook and Meta from claims arising from or relating to the promotion.
12. General Conditions
Vanguard Impact reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any entrant or entry that:
- provides false or misleading information;
- attempts to submit multiple entries contrary to these Rules;
- uses automated or fraudulent means;
- interferes with the administration or integrity of the giveaway; or
- otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.
If circumstances outside Vanguard Impact’s reasonable control materially affect the administration, security, integrity, or fairness of the giveaway, Vanguard Impact may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Vanguard Impact’s decisions concerning administration of the giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
